tantrums oh tantrums

sejak damia 3 tahun nih tantrums dia agak over-dose.
terlepas tengok cite dibo the gift dragon, merajuk.
buntat salah beli sundae (sepatutnya sundae cone bukan sundae cup), tros baring atas lantai menangis.

quite stressed~
rasanye takde dah T2, new one is T3. 
sebb before she turn 3, she quite easy to handle.
sekarang fuh~ asek tarik nafas panjang je aku.
rasanye dah byk kali baca cane nak handle tantrums..in real life nak prektik kan tu trus cramp sekejap lah otak nih.
x-kelik ada cite pasal reverse psychcology ni yg dia adapt utk anak dia. but still aku blur...haha hopeless betul.
yg lain pulak kata damia perlu adik. erm yeke? mengamuk nak adik? hahaha biar benar...

owell... solutions need to be find fast! i want her to be happy baby.

travel with damia

eversince i started work at S7 and changed damia to the nearest daycare, i travel with her back to forth.
it is 30mins one way journey.
when the highway is clear.
if not... takes me an hour to get to S7.
damia wouldn't be much fuss in morning as long as we stop at esso mobil to get some takeaway breakfast.
but... after i pickup her at 6.30pm and going home she become restless.
she don't want to use seatbelt. she cry.sometimes i ignore but it so unbearable to hear all the way home!
we counted cars to avoid the boredom. it lasts for 10mins and my mind start racing to find another game.
sometimes i too tired to think of anything and let her played with the cds.
i hope this wont cause any lack of communication later.
we do have conversation along the way. she talk about her friends and also so many q&a going on between us.
we sings together too but most of the time end up disagreeing about the lyrics. lol 
well... she much more stubborn than me.
i am exhausted everytime i reached home. handling a kid alone while driving is drained me off.
i wonder how it will be with 2 kids on board?

what i've been up to....

again.... i've been a crappy blogger.
it's been a year or is it more than that? duh!
can't believe i haven't update anything and didn't been a good follower to certain blogs that used to be my daily dose. one of my favs, mrs noba had close her blog to public. t_t
so....
what i've been up to....
i had resigned.never knew that being one of hr crew would create so much drama. i hate drama.
today i helped my dad. he opened a logistics comp here in SA.small but no drama :)
2010 being fairly nice to me.
i finally bought a house.my first house.whats good?its a single-storey house.what is more great?its below 200k. :) :) just nice for 3 of us.
it is still in progress. complete by end of 2011. hopefully all go well.
my little lady is doing well.
ah... she turn 3 today! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARLING!
we plan to have a small makan-makan since my PIL will be visiting us.
mia loves to talk. i mean she can talk non stop.no kidding. she will talk about everything.repeated same thing over and over again.sometimes its make me going crazzyy....! crazy in a sweet way. haha yeah riteee~
her activeness is never been slow. everything need to fast!fast!fast!
singing and dancing becoming her passion. i should consider back ballet class..... hurm...
oh... so many things happen.
i'm going to do better next time.

A note from Dr Aparajitha

"Please do at least 10-15min of warming up or stretching. It is not a waste of time and energy. It will help you loosen up your ligaments and joints thus preventing any spasms and strains. *there will be a warm-up session by F*itness F*irst

Stretching also warms muscles, lifts body temperature and prepares the body for increased blood flow and oxygen use. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to regulate its fuel type. This means that if you do the warm up and then the race there is a great possibility that your body will be using your fat stores? rather than just the carbs that you have taken in. That means that you will loose weight during this run. Now isn’t that an added bonus! *oh, goodie! ^_^

I would just like to remind you that hydrating yourself before the event is a good idea. Please have some water or some isotonic drinks to ensure that you can complete the race without collapsing. Having a carbonated drink less than 20 min before the race is not advisable as it will cause you to vomit. *Check!

Eating well before the race is another good idea. Rice and bread are good sources of carbohydrate. It must be consumed at least 2 hours before your run. After that time I suggest that you take an oat bar as you don’t want all the blood rushing to your stomach instead of your head? during the run." *Thanks doc!

*i and 4 others colleagues will compete in rat race today at klse. 4.5km!!! blergh, i didnt make any preparation! no workout or anything +_+ macam terer :P maybe half way i can 'cha alif but' take monorail and go home hihi wish me luckkkkkkkk!!! i need plenty of those.thanks!

v!rus melanda II

ergh kena sore throat!!!
hate it!hate it!hate it!
dek kerana itu jugek kena pakai mask p opis. sebb bunyi2 yg tak best dah keluar dari kerongkong nih.hmm.terasa cam 'pakar surgeon' lak ahaha
malam tadi alhamdulillah damia tak muntah. cuma ada sikit angin satu badan... adalah lam 20minit taknak dipujuk.setelah tumbangkan 2-3 kerusi makan buntat pujuk,bagi susu, tidur terus.reason mengamuk: nak ikut uncle boy yg bertandang sekejap. sib baek buntat pujuk nak. kalau tak sure masih berguling2 dengan tambahan masa 10min. -_-#!!

v!rus melanda

damia tak sihat.batuk2 dah seminggu lebih.muntah2 dah 3 hari straight. asal tido je mesti batuk teruk lepas tu bluekkkkkkkk. kesian giler. tido terganggu. merengek2 damia. p klinik dah.doktor bagi ubat batuk dengan sakit tekak.melalak2 bila kena makan ubat. kali nih ubat pahit. selalu tak payah sua dia sendiri mintak. scott emulsion perasa oren tu pulak susah nak telan. nak bagi je "nanak! nanakkkk!!" hmmmm

malam tadi damia bangun tetiba nanges.tak tau kenapa.dukung, dia lembikkan badan.sakit perut ke?hidung tersumbat ke?taktau dah nak check mana satu.mati akal.pujuk damia.dia nanges suara dah serak2.risau ok.tiapkali tido ada sapu vicks kat dada, belakang ngan tapak kaki.stoking pakai sebb damia tak suka gebar.tapi tak jugak ok.kena jumpa doktor lagi gayanya...

sarapan di mana?

belakang ofis je hehe. ntah macam mana ter' hooked dengan sardine roll gerai belakang nih. sedap woooo... boleh nanges la kalau makan. dengan ranggup nye tak berminyak pulak tuh haih ----> tgk siap mengeluh lagik sedap tak sedap tuh :D tiapkali beli musti 4 ketul. ada sekali tuh 6 ketul!! melampau giler hahahaha penangan sardine roll...


nanti nak cuba riki2 la pakcik belakang guane dia buat :)
